The City of Richmond is refining the park development plan for the Garden City Lands and we would like your input. A two stage design process has been established that will lead to a preferred option for City Council review and approval.

The first stage of consultation provides a series of park development design options for your review and comments. Input will be received from now until midnight, Sunday, May 8, 2016.

The Document Library (on this page) contains the display boards from the first open houses (held on April 23 and 27, 2016).

Once you review the boards, please take a few minutes to complete the short online survey below.

Your input will contribute to Stage 2: the generation of a preferred park development plan that will be presented for public feedback in May 2016.

Staff will then bring forward a final park development plan for Council approval prior to proceeding with construction. Park construction is expected to begin this summer.

Continue to visit LetsTalkRichmond.ca until midnight on Sunday, May 22, 2016 for more open house information, to learn about the process and review project updates throughout the design process.

And please consider attending one of the drop‐in style open houses for one‐on‐one interaction with City staff, to review display boards and complete the surveys.

Thank you for participating. Your input is important to us.
