Consultation has concluded

Thank you for being a participant in the City of Richmond’s Smart Thermostats Pilot Program. By participating in the program, you’re a key part of the City’s efforts to help residents save money on energy and reduce our community’s climate impact.

As participants in the pilot program, the City values your commitment to share information about how your smart thermostat is performing. As a reminder, the City will follow up with you in June 2016 to access your BC Hydro and FortisBC energy data. The City will use this data to evaluate the impact of smart thermostats and inform future program plans.

We also invite you to provide feedback on your experience with the program by completing the short survey below (~5 minutes).

Your answers and energy data will be kept completely confidential and analyzed in combination with other participants’ responses.
