The City of Richmond and the Steveston Community Society have started a planning process for the future renewal of this popular playground, and we would love your input.

A series of three progressing open houses will lead to the development of a preferred concept plan for City Council review and approval.

The first phase of this consultation is open from now until midnight, Sunday, April 10, 2016.

The Document Library (on this page) contains the display boards from the first open house (held on March 26, 2016). They provide background information, including the history of the site and the condition of the existing playground.

Once you review the boards, please take a few minutes to complete the short online survey below. Input provided will contribute to the development of concept plans, which will be presented for feedback in Phase 2 (in May 2016).

Continue to visit LetsTalkRichmond.ca until midnight on Sunday, July 17, 2016 for more open house information, to learn about the process and review project updates throughout the three phases.

And please consider attending one or more of the drop‐in style open houses for one‐on‐one interaction with City staff, to review display boards, participate in hands‐on activities and complete the surveys.

Thank you for participating. Your input is important to us.
