The City of Richmond is seeking feedback on the proposed Implementation Plan and future actions as part of the draft Affordable Housing Strategy (2017-2027). To date, your feedback has helped shape the Housing Affordability Profile (endorsed by Council in November 2016) which outlines housing trends, needs and gaps in Richmond. Key stakeholders helped to develop a set of policy recommendations in response to those needs and gaps (approved by Council in July 2017).

The 21 Council-approved policies are grouped under five (5) Strategic Directions in the implementation plan, with the proposed future actions taking place over ten years (2017-2027).
