The City of Richmond has pursued and been awarded over $30 million in grant funding from senior government to implement the 2008-2031 Flood Protection Management Strategy. Using this funding, the City has completed Dike Master Plans, rehabilitated pump stations, and increased the City's overall resilience to flooding
