The City of Richmond invites the public to provide input on the renewal and replacement of the Heather Dolphin Park playground.

Located at 9260 Dolphin Avenue, it is anticipated that the playground will be closing for construction of the new playground this summer and fall, with completion anticipated in winter 2023.

Deadline for feedback is Sunday, February 12, 2023 before 11:59 p.m. Your input will inform the design and construction of the playground.
