This consultation concluded Sunday, April 5, 2020. Thank you for all who participated.

Did you know townhouses and apartments can save money by installing a water meter? On average, 98% of water metered multi-family complexes save on their utility bill.

The City of Richmond is offering existing multi-family complexes incentives to install water meters. Water metering helps protect the environment by conserving water, promotes equity by allowing residents to pay only for the water that they use, and allows most residents to save money.

We encourage owners, strata and Coop councils, and property managers of apartment buildings and townhouses in Richmond to learn about the cost and resource-saving benefits of installing a water meter to their complex. The feedback form below is an opportunity to learn more about the program.

This engagement opportunity will be available from Tuesday, March 10 to Sunday, April 5, 2020. Click the feedback form below to get started.
