New MyRichmond mobile app

The City of Richmond is developing a new MyRichmond mobile app and is seeking your input.

Designed to offer similar services and information as the City's MyRichmond web-based portal, the new app will also offer enhanced mobile features. It will be a convenient option for those on the go. We aim to launch it in early 2023.

We're at the draft stage, currently working on the app's design and would like to hear your feedback and priorities before finalizing the layout.
