The Richmond Community Services Advisory Committee (RCSAC) invites all member organizations to complete this important survey about the impact of funding changes on social services for Richmond residents. The survey runs from Wednesday, October 2 to Sunday, October 27, 2019.

The survey is named in honour of Jennifer Larsen, long-standing RCSAC member, who championed this survey and was an outstanding advocate for the community of Richmond and those less fortunate, including individuals and families coping with mental illness, addictions and homelessness.

The information provided will create greater awareness of how residents, agencies and the community are affected by social service funding changes. The information will also be shared with Richmond City Council to increase understanding of agency funding changes and related community impacts. Furthermore, the RCSAC plans to repeat this survey every two years to gain an understanding of longer-term impacts and trends.

The survey results will be compiled and results will not be associated with any particular individual or organization.

Please complete this survey by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, October 27, 2019.
