More Information About the Older Adults Service Plan Update and Age-Friendly Assessment & Action Plan
The City of Richmond is in the process of updating its Older Adults Service Plan (2008-2012), and preparing an Age-Friendly Assessment and Action Plan. The updated Service Plan and the Age-Friendly Assessment & Action Plan will guide the planning and development of programs and services and support the City to become increasingly age-friendly for older adults (55+) in areas such as community recreation; wellness; arts, culture and heritage; housing; social and community planning; public safety; and transportation planning.
