Tell us about how you use the existing facilities and what you would like to see included in a new community centre and library.

The replacement of the Steveston Community Centre is included on the priority list of major facility projects for the period of 2016-2026 as approved by Council in December 2016.

The process to develop a concept design is now underway. Concept design is an iterative process that includes the completion of a needs assessment and the development of a program that will inform the location, size and layout of a new facility.

Click on the documents in the Document Library to the right to find out more about the concept design process, including details of the public engagement plan and future opportunities to provide input and feedback.

You are invited to participate in this first phase of the public engagement process.

There are two ways to provide input:

1. Drop in to an Open House at Steveston Community Centre (Multipurpose Room)
