The City is developing safety enhancement options to better service users of the No. 3 Road Bark Park and adjacent dike trail, including dogs, pedestrians and cyclists, and we want to hear from you.

Two public open houses will be held on:

  Tuesday, November 28, 2023 from 5:00 – 7:00pm at Richmond City Hall, 6911 No. 3 Road; and 

  Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 10:00am – noon at the No. 3 Road Bark Park, 13900 No. 3 Road (near the parking lot - look for the white tent!)

Feedback from this survey will improve our understanding of community concerns, needs and desires, and help us deliver the best outcome for all park users.
