City of Richmond’s Current Process
The City of Richmond has divided programming into four seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. Registration opens approximately 6 to 8 weeks prior to the start of each season and begins at 8:00pm for Aquatics and 9:00pm for all other programs.
