This engagement took place May 9 to June 4, 2023. Thank you to everyone who participated.

What is happening?

The City of Richmond is seeking resident's feedback on the implementation of the 2023 city-wide Community Garden Program. This year, the focus is on addressing the growing need for community gardens in the Hamilton and West Cambie neighbourhoods.

The City wishes to better understand the community’s preferences and level of support for community gardens. Your input is valuable and will directly contribute to and shape City plans for future community gardens.

The goal of this engagement is to learn about the community’s diverse values and needs to help us identify suitable locations in Hamilton and West Cambie for this year’s program.

To participate, follow these steps:

  • STEP 1: CLICK ON EACH CIRCLE ICON BELOW to visit the individual community garden project (each will open a new page)
  • STEP 2: Review the project information by viewing / downloading the information boards on the individual project page(s)
  • STEP 3: Provide your feedback by taking a 10-minute survey on the individual project page(s) running Tuesday, May 9 to Sunday, June 4, 2023 (at 11:59 p.m.)
