We are preparing the 2017 Budget and would like your feedback.

Through the Operating and Utility budgets, the City delivers a diverse array of services, such as policing, parks, child care, libraries, fire-rescue, water, sewer, garbage and recycling, road maintenance, flood protection, recreation, cultural services and more. Through the Capital budget, the City invests in land, infrastructure, facilities and equipment in order to provide the services.

The current financial plan includes estimates for 2017. Download a copy of the 5 Year Financial Plan (2016-2020) from the Document Library or pick up a copy from the Front Counter at Richmond City Hall.

We invite you to submit your comments through the online survey below, which is open until midnight on Sunday, October 23, 2016. All comments will be reviewed as the 2017 budget is being prepared and will also be provided to City Council.

In addition, residents can attend a public open house to learn more about the City’s budget process and spending priorities. Public open houses will be held at Richmond City Hall, 6911 No. 3 Road, Richmond on:
