Update: City selects non-profit partner to advance over 200 new affordable rental homes
The City has selected The New Vista Society as its non-profit partner for the Aberdeen Rental Residences project—an important step toward creating high-quality, affordable homes on City-owned land along Sexsmith Road.
This partnership combines City resources with The New Vista Society's proven expertise, strengthening our eligibility for senior government funding. Together, we will seek support through BC Housing’s Community Housing Fund, a provincial program that advances affordable rental housing across B.C. The development is contingent on this funding.
