Creating important new affordable housing for Richmond residents
The City has selected The New Vista Society as its non-profit partner for the proposed Aberdeen Rental Residences development – a project that has the potential to bring high-quality, affordable rental homes to the community.
Together, the City and New Vista will seek senior government funding to build affordable rental housing for low and moderate-income households serving seniors, families, and members of the local workforce.
