Thank you to all who visited this page and provided your input and feedback.
This Stage 2 public comment period concluded Sunday, June 12, 2016 (midnight). _______________
The City of Richmond is preparing to begin the first phase of development of the Garden City Lands and we would like your comments on the plans. Following City Council approval of the Landscape Legacy Plan in 2014, a series of public consultation events have been held and detailed study of the site has been completed so far in 2016. The City of Richmond is now seeking comment on the resulting preferred park development plan before taking the final plan to Richmond City Council for approval.
This final stage of consultation provides a series of park development design options for your review and comments. Input will be received from now until midnight, Sunday, June 12, 2016.
The Document Library contains the preferred plan and accompanying illustrations explaining the plan directions. These will also be on display at the open houses on May 30 and June 2, 2016 at City Hall. City staff and project consultants will be available at the open houses to answer any questions and take comments from the public.
Once you review the boards, please take a few minutes to complete the short online comment form below.
Thank you for your input. The first phase of park development is scheduled to begin this summer. You can find further updates on the development of the Garden City Lands at richmond.ca/gardencitylands.
