Richmond is updating its Volunteer Management Strategy
The Volunteer Management Strategy has been the framework for how the City supports and manages its volunteers. As Richmond continues to grow and evolve, the City is creating an updated five-year strategy to ensure volunteer opportunities stay accessible and responsive to the community's needs.
