The City of Richmond and BC Housing are committed to ensuring everyone has a place to call home, and are partnering to build 40 new homes with 24/7 support services to address the immediate needs of people in the community struggling to find a stable place to live. Supportive housing provides residents with a place to live and services to help them move towards housing independence and improved quality of life. The City-owned site at 7300 Elmbridge Way is being considered for the modular supportive housing.

For more information, please review the “fact sheet” section under Important Resources.

The City is committed to working closely with the local community and key stakeholders to gather feedback. We are seeking ideas and suggestions on what the City, BC Housing and RainCity Housing should consider with the modular supportive housing.

Here’s your opportunity to provide feedback:

  • Complete the survey – note that feedback must be submitted before 11:59 pm on Sunday, March 4, 2018
  • Attend the drop-in style community meeting on Wednesday, February 28 from 3:30-7:30pm being held at the Richmond Public Library Brighouse (Main) branch, located at 7700 Minoru Gate, Richmond.
