Richmond's affordable housing portfolio

The City is seeking community input to help shape the development of new affordable rental housing on four City-owned sites (subject to funding availability):

• 23560 Westminster Highway
• 10171 No. 2 Road
• 8000 No. 3 Road
• 4320 Moncton Street

These locations are close to everyday amenities, public transit, and open spaces. Together, they have the potential to deliver up to 260 affordable homes for the community.

As we begin the first phase of planning and engagement, we invite residents and community members to share their ideas and views on the types of households that should be prioritized.
